Spidi Warrior Jacket is the most advanced form of protection for the rider looking for maximum ergonomics, light weight and protection. It can be worn as a jacket in the hottest days relying on a substrate made of highly breathable 3D mesh, or can be used below off-road jerseys and jackets for trail riding. The wide adjustment with Velcro increases its ergonomics.

Biomechanic

The Biomechanic protectors are the result of over 15 years of experience in the EN 1621 certified protectors’ world, and offer a protected area larger than what required by the EN 1621/2012 certification. The soul of the project is a shape able to harmonize itself with the body parts and follow kinematically every movement. The results are increased ergonomics and kinematics, thanks to the ability of these protections to perfectly copy the parts of the body to be protected and keeping a golden ratio in the proportions; nonetheless through pins on hemispheric joints that allow the two parts of the protector to move both on horizontal and vertical axis, following perfectly the limb movements, without ever leaving uncovered areas and remaining very tight, so to not undermine the cx (drag coefficient). Moreover, the honeycomb structure allows to have a high impact absorption performance and one of the lowest thicknesses (ranging from 3mm to 10mm), as well as a very low weight (the shoulder protector weighs only 74g) thanks to the combination of composite materials such as polyurethane and polyethylene foam. Biomechanic is a cross-technology that applies to different uses, and being very protective find its culmination in combination with leather suits and jackets, for racing use and supersport riding.

Warrior tech

By continuous research and experience, gained from Safety Lab, comes a new technology signed by SPIDI, synthesis of history and innovation, two founding values of the Brand. The main goal of the Safety Lab has always been focused on nding the best combination of comfort and safety. After a long time of experimentation on track, through software simulations and tests in the urban environment, engineers of the SPIDI Community created the Warrior Tech, a new technology, with a careful study of bio-mechanics and ergonomics, able to protect the rider in the most sensitive areas in the event of a fall. The never ending research in technical innovations becomes more and more accurate, reaching its peak with the performance of Warrior Tech; a technology able to respond at extreme stress. Thanks to its modular design, it adapts perfectly to the natural shapes of the human body. The most innovative value , focused in the design of its structure that enhance the possibilities offered by polymers and the nonperforming process, allows the industrial production of a protector with impact absorption capacity never reached before. With the application of the Warrior Tech inserts, the safety of the rider reaches a level with no equals, covering an important role as part of the vanguard in technical sports and opening new scenarios in mobility safety, that go far beyond the world of motorsport.
