Price Match Policy in the physical store

Motocare Innovations is committed to providing our customers with the best possible prices for our products. To ensure you get the best deals, we have implemented a price matching policy. Details of our policy are outlined below:

Conditions for Price Matching

  1. Eligible Products :
    • The product must be identical (same brand, model, specifications, etc.).
    • The product must be available for purchase at the time of the offer in the competitor's physical store or be on order with a delivery time approximately equal to ours.
  2. Required Documentation :
    • The customer must provide proof of the lower price (e.g. a link to the website or a written offer).
    • The evidence must be verifiable and valid.
    • The competitor's offer must come from a store located in the same locality or nearby localities (e.g. Deva, Hateg, Calan, Petrosani, etc.)
  3. Exceptions :
    • We do not price match clearance items, limited promotional sales, clearance sales, or "members only" offers.
    • We do not match prices for products purchased from auction sites, resale markets, Ebay, Amazon, Temu, etc.
    • We do not match prices offered by direct importers.
    • The final price must fall within the legal sales limits and not bring financial losses to our store.

Price Matching Process

  1. Verification :
    • Contact our sales team or visit our store with proof of the lower price.
    • Our team will check the price and availability of the product at the competing retailer.
  2. Approval :
    • Once verified, if the competing price is lower and meets our price matching requirements, we will match the price for you.
  3. Purchase :
    • Benefit from the desired product at the same competitive price, plus our high-quality advantages and services.
