MESH Network: the NEW STANDARD

Mesh 50S-10 technology provides a new level of robust, of reliable connectivity and intelligent, flexible intercom message routing thanks to the significant technical improvements made to the original Sena Mesh Intercom™ algorithm.

Sena 50S-10 units actively exchange information with each other in the Mesh network with astonishing speed. An ingenious system of prompts and responses between Mesh units has resulted in the transmission of 80% more data. What's more, the Mesh units quickly determine the ideal path to efficiently transmit messages from driver to driver.

MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION AND PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS

the 50S-10 provides not one, but three different intercom modes available to Sena motorcyclists: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom™, Group Mesh Intercom™ and Bluetooth Intercom.

Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) includes the industry's first Mesh Intercom™ channel system. Like standard portable or CB radios, the 50S-10 allows users to switch between nine different channels during operation in Open Mesh mode. Open Mesh offers one-press of a button to connect to the Mesh Intercom™ network.

It also supports an almost unlimited number of users within a range of up to 5 miles / 8 km (min. 6 drivers at 1 mile / 1.6 km intervals). With this ease of connectivity, incredible range, and the inclusion of nine-channel functionality, the 50S-10 Open Mesh Intercom mode is sure to be a game changer for large group/club rides.

If you prefer a private group call, simply switch to Group Mesh Intercom mode. Group Mesh supports a single, private group of up to 24 participants and the same incredible coverage as Open Mesh.

To ensure privacy, only invited users can join the chat room Group Mesh. Whichever of the two Mesh Intercom™ modes you choose, you'll enjoy the robust reliability designed into Sena's Mesh network.

The traditional four-way Bluetooth intercom mode is still an option for connecting other Sena Bluetooth users within a 1.2-mile range. In addition, 50S-10 users can pair with a Sena Bluetooth Intercom user and connect it to the Mesh Intercom™ conversation.

TAKE CONTROL WITH VOICE COMMANDS

You don't have to lift a finger, as you can ask 50S-10 for help. Voice commands provide control over Sena 50S-10 system functions, such as answering the phone or starting a Group Mesh session. the 50S-10 supports these system voice commands in eight languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Japanese!

But what if you run out of gasoline? "Hey Google, please give me directions to the nearest gas station.".

the 50S-10 can connect to Apple's Google Assistant and Siri with a simple voice command, allowing you to harness the power of your smartphone's features, including GPS navigation, music playback, voice dialing or a host of other options.

AUTOMATIC UPDATES WITH SENA WIFI ADAPTER

The included Sena WiFi adapter handles your charging needs and can be programmed to automatically install any available 50S-10 firmware updates over the wireless network!

Connect the adapter to a Wi-Fi network, and after a one-time setup, it will be programmed to detect and install updates when the headset is connected. Keeping Sena headset up to date has never been easier! 50S-10 provides up to 12 hours of Mesh intercom calls or 11 hours of Bluetooth intercom calls.
